    Dr. Kamholz's mission is to enhance human well-being and social justice. She is dedicated to the hard work of effecting change, and applies behavioral principle to further these efforts.

    • Through public education, grassroots advocacy, and electoral politics, she works to enhance behavioral health awareness and access, amplify the voices of those in marginalized community, and fight for justice of all kinds.

     
    • Dr. Kamholz is on the Advisory Board for Groundwork Project, founded by Joe Kennedy III in 2021 to support local organizers in building sustained, strategic infrastructure in disenfranchised communities. She also serves the organization as a Communications and Engagement Specialist.

     
    • Dr. Kamholz has worked with communications and organizing teams across multiple campaigns, including the Senate, Congress, state ballot initiative, and municiple office.

     
    • Across campaigns, she has researched political and policy issues, created messaging and public-facing materials, facilitated earned media efforts, rebranded and managed social media elements, helped grow a digital community, and worked on rapid response.

     
    • She also supports outreach and engagement efforts, and has recruited and managed volunteers for caucusing, ballot access, visibility, and voter turn out.

     
    • Dr. Kamholz is adept at translating complex concepts and processes for a variety of audiences.
